Homeroom Coordinators (HRCs) play a vital role in fostering classroom community and supporting Baker’s events throughout the school year. Serving as the link between the teacher, classroom parents, and the PTA, HRCs help organize classroom celebrations, coordinate class participation in schoolwide events like the Boo Bash, and manage optional group gifts for teachers. This role involves clear communication, creative planning, and ensuring activities align with school guidelines—helping make the school year engaging, inclusive, and memorable for students and families alike.
