Why Join Baker PTA?
Every effort makes a difference — big or small!
When you join the Baker PTA, you become part of a community that works together to enrich our children’s education and strengthen our school. Your membership helps fund programs, events, and resources that benefit every student—whether or not you volunteer your time.
We often hear:
“But do I have to volunteer my time or attend a bunch of meetings? I work full-time and don’t have time for volunteering right now.”
Our answer: Absolutely not. You can be as involved as you want—there are no required volunteer hours or meeting commitments. Simply joining is a show of support that helps our school thrive.
2025–26 Baker Activity Fee & PTA Membership
Your one-time $20 payment does it all:
- School Activity Fee – covers field trips, assemblies, classroom celebrations, teacher appreciation, family events, and more.
- Full Baker PTA Membership – gives your household access to the USC family directory, keeps you informed, lets you vote, and amplifies your voice in our community.
Ways to Get Involved (Optional, Flexible, and Fun!)
- Join or chair a PTA committee – See our committee page for open positions for 2025–26
- Sign up to be a Homeroom Coordinator
- Volunteer in your child’s classroom or help at events
- Donate to teacher appreciation events
- Consider serving on the 2026–27 PTA Executive Board
- Join the PTA during our annual membership drive in the fall
